In mnemonic nonstop, the dancers and choreographers Martin Nachbar and Jochen Roller focus on the appropriation, design and creation of space in urban landscapes. Martin Nachbar and Jochen Roller creates maps: they associate roadways with body tubes or thoughts, encounters with memories, observations with images – urban spatial arrangements become choreographic concepts. In the process of simultaneous urban movements there arises a kinetic logbook: a choreo-graphy, understood as writing the city as a movement-text.
