Anonymity, social isolation, alienation and solitude are the keywords that have accompanied cultural criticism of the modern city to date. Is community possible in the post-industrial city? And, what utopias are beginning to emerge today?

In their Lagerfeuer project, She She Pop go into exile in the middle of the city. In a seemingly natural scenario, the camp fire, they set out to find a collective vision of future and responsibility, the intoxicating moment of a concerted departure and a unifying idea.

The camp fire is a symbol of a paradoxical enactment of urbanity: an honest statement at the bosom of craving for entertainment.
