Ideas
This year’s discussion program in Forum Stadtpark links the main edition of A War in the Distance with its summer prologue, which was focused more narrowly on Russia’s war of aggression in Ukraine. A series of panel discussions and talks looks at the war’s impact on the production of images, solidarity, and meaning against their broader backdrop, reconnecting them to a wider international context of the 20th and 21st centuries and their intellectual, artistic, and political histories.
