“Move your ass and your mind will follow.” The Theory Disco puts statements on the dance floor, blending theory with action to create an applied experience. Images and rousing city music are mixed with sound bites – the subject is the urban space as a place of social action that is always determined by physical structures. What possibilities still exist of conquering this space together? For as David Harvey says: “Those who have the power to command and produce space are therefore able to reproduce and enhance their own power”.
